As of Monday, November 4th, your treatments will be delivered at 184 Sunnidale Road in Wasaga Beach, 700m south on Sunnidale Road from the Mosley and Sunnidale Intersection (Circle K, Barcelos, The Iron Skillet are all on the corner of this intersection).

When you arrive, please text/call (705)725-4261. There is no waiting area so please wait in your car until I’ve waved you in or texted/called.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy treatments have been scientifically proven to reduce blood pressure, pain, muscle soreness and tension. It also improves circulation, immune function, alertness, energy and its boosts mental health and overall wellness.

Hi there,

I’m Katrina and welcome to Trailside Massage Therapy and Wellness. Established in 2023, but in my dreams for much longer.

Trailside is more than a place for a massage. I have a strong passion for nature, the outdoors, wildlife, herbs and more. When I’m not working you’ll find me outside on the trails and planning the next adventure.

At Trailside, I offer a variety of appointment durations and hot stone massage upon request (please note that it is not available for online booking due to specific scheduling needs). I am always looking for some new skill to add to my practice as well.
